Things I want to do to improve my skills and build my profile as an actor;

• Get contacts - I should frequently be hunting for audition opportunities to create new contacts which can lead to bigger contacts and bigger roles.  Another kickstarter for contacts is getting  a contacts book covering significant people in the entertainment industry
• Taking extra classes to improve weaker skills - I have been interested in taking accent classes as well as acting for screen. 
• Take part in opportunities big and small - As well as always reaching for challenging opportunities, I want to take part in student films/projects
• Online presence - I want to gain popularity through social media platforms such as Instagram, twitter and a personal website
• Work experience - this will help prepare me for my future career
• Tv shows - I want to apply to take part in tv shows 
• Listing key creatives I'd like to work with to create long term goals
• Extras - Although I don't want to play extras in a lot of films, it may be good at the start of my career to get an insight into what it's like on professional sets etc
• Show reel - I want to create a showreel of my past performances, including powerful scenes I feel will attract viewers
• Health and safety/security - As I am putting myself out for various opportunities, I need to always be aware of what I am applying for, who I am meeting up with and where things are taking place.
• Accountability club - Getting opinions and advice for others, more experienced in the fields of this industry
•  Learning new monologues/songs - Particularly monologues, I want to get into the habit of having a collection of well rehearsed pieces that I can always have for backups or simply for last minute auditions etc.
• National Youth Theatre - I want to look further into the short courses and masterclasses they offer that I could get involved in while I'm young
• Improv - even though this is my least favourite skill, I want to improve my improvisation which will be very helpful in future auditions and simply when you need to create ideas quickly
